How to solve Arc Instability of diesel engine welder in High-Altitude Mining ?

For our Perkins engine diesel welder , the Perkins Engine Cold-Start and Power Compensation to address the extreme low temperatures and thin air typical of South American mine sites, Our 400A , 450A and 500A diesel engine welder units utilize the Perkins 404D-22 industrial-grade engines with glow Plug Technology and Starting Consistency ,The perkins engines are equipped with a standard 12V preheating system (Glow Plugs), ensuring consistent ignition even at temperatures as low as -25°C. In oxygen-deprived environments, the Perkins optimized fuel injection system maintains a stable air-fuel ratio, minimizing the power loss typically associated with high-altitude derating.Thermal and Load Management equipped with a 50°C ambient radiator, the system ensures the engine maintains a steady 1800 RPM. This consistency is vital for providing the raw mechanical energy required by the alternator to produce a stable DC welding output without overheating in the thin mountain air. Advanced Chopper Control Technology resolves Arc Instability at high altitudes, the physical characteristics of the welding arc change. Traditional reactor-controlled welders respond too slowly to these fluctuations, often resulting in electrode sticking or excessive spatter. Our diesel engine welding machine  incorporates Chopper Technology which monitors the output current at a frequency of 20,000 times per second. The system provides a current boost the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, solving the "hard start" pain point at high altitudes.
