Product Overview

This reefer container power pack genset is specifically engineered for rail applications, shipping operations, and stationary terminal use. Designed to supply reliable electrical power for ISO container refrigeration systems, the unit features a robust construction with industrial-grade components for continuous operation.

Technical Specifications

Powered by a water-cooled, heavy-duty industrial Cummins diesel engine coupled via SAE flexible disk/flange coupling to a Marathon brushless, synchronous, self-regulated alternator. The complete assembly—including engine, alternator, radiator, and control panel—is mounted on a steel base frame with four lifting attachments for easy transport.

The generator set frame is insulated from container floors using anti-vibration mountings, while safety shutdown systems and electrical data monitoring are managed by the HGM6110 controller. Manufactured and rated according to ISO-8528 for continuous power output and ISO-3046 for overload capacity.
